Virginia Natural Gas
They offer a Home Weatherization Assistance program that is available to eligible households. A professional service crew will visit a home and determine what weatherization measures will best suit the house and that will lower utility bills. Some of the services they might recommend include: additional insulation for ceilings and walls to help lower heating bills, caulking and weatherstripping; repair of leaky duct systems and repair/replacement of heating/cooling systems with Energy star products.
