On Track help program
A payment program that is designed to help residents in Tennessee with limited incomes help pay their utility bills and also manage their debt over a period of time. This help program focuses on financial management, education, as well as social services. To qualify for this utility bill assistance program, customers must have a steady job, also limited income and owe more than $600 to MLGW. Participants may receive Extended Payment Plans for up to three years that will provide help paying utility bills. They may also receive minor home repairs for homeowners as well as their deposit credited back to their electric bill account after completion of the program.
