A heating bill help and assistance program funded by Duke Energy shareholders and Duke Power customers that will provide help with paying utility bills. The funds can be used for the payment of any heating costs, regardless of the energy source used. Read more on this program.
- Fan-Heat Relief Program
The Duke Energy Foundation contributes almost $50,000 annually for the purchase of fans for the use of senior citizens.
South Carolina Electric & Gas Co. Project Share Through contributions to the Project Share utility bill assistance program, SCE&G customer and employees provide utility bill assistance to low-income customers for summer bills, winter heating bills, in extreme health-related cases.
Deferred Payment Plan Yet another option for SCE&G customers. This plan will defer a portion of the customers bill.
