In the Tucson Arizona region, there are several different places and organizations that people can go to for help paying utility bills. Each program will have its own qualifications in order to be eligible for aid, but the organizations that you want to contact for emergency energy bill payment assistance are as follows:

Some of the assistance programs offered from Tucson Electric Power include the HEERO program, which stands for Help with Emergency Energy Relief Operation. This service can ease the cost of energy bills for people who might need a little extra help, such as low income, the unemployed, and elderly. The Lifeline/Medical Life-support Discount can offer help for sick people, and those who have medical equipment in their home. Another option is weatherization, which can help people reduce their energy bills by free energy conserving improvements to their homes.
