The Oklahoma Natural Gas company, which provides services across the state, offers customers many different resources and services.

Share the Warmth

This is a program that was formed in a partnership between the Salvation Army and Oklahoma Natural Gas. It was created from both public and private donations. Any person or business may decide to contribute to this non-profit program, and all contributions go to helping locally families pay their gas and utility bills. Share the Warmth will provide energy bill assistance to Oklahomans in need of emergency aid. Specifically, funds from the program may be able to assist persons over 62, the low income and working poor and persons with disabilities in addition to others with inadequate cash resources for paying for their home-heating needs and bills. Funds and emergency cash grants from the Share the Gas program may be used to pay electric and propane if it is the main source of energy used to heat the home. Oklahoma Natural Gas Payment Plans

Call the energy provider as soon as you need help or fall behind. A customer can request a payment plan. They will need to formally ask for it, and propose a payment arrangement that they may want to make with Oklahoma Natural Gas. For example, they need to provide the specifics on how much they can pay, when they can make payments, and commit to the schedule.

Low Income Program (LIHEAP)

Oklahoma Natural Gas customers who are on this federal government assistance program can receive a reduced gas bill which averages $5.03 a month during the winter months. Participant in LIHEAP can also receive savings on their summer utility bills as well. Usually about $4.50 per month.
